We invite applications for a Senior Lecturer appointment in Industrial Microbiology. Applicants should demonstrate a successful track record of research in microbiology and its application in the production of high-value products such as wine, fuels, food, pharmaceuticals or electricity.
The successful applicant will be expected to participate in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels within the School and establish a viable research group that offers opportunity for postgraduate student training. The successful applicant will also demonstrate a synergy or complementarity with other research groupings within the School of Biological Sciences that will enhance the research output, teaching quality, and reputation of the school.
