Dr. Dalcin Martins employs both experimental and computational methods, including extensive use of meta-omics and biogeochemistry, to gain a mechanistic and quantitative understanding of biogeochemical cycles and the key viral and microbial players in ecosystems. Her research aims to enhance the prediction of ecosystem responses to environmental changes.
